Trust the signboard

Today, I went with my mother to visit my auntie in Damansara after I decided to go out since I am bored and got nothing to do which initially I wanted to go Leisure Mall and buy some books. The drive there is eventful because after so many years of not going there, mum obviously forgotten the way to go there.

And I sitting next to her, keep on telling her to go straight. And she keep on saying "Die lah. We are going to Ipoh, cannot U-turn!" all the time she was driving there. I was like, the signboard is saying BatuCaves mum, and so what if we took the wrong turn? We might as well enjoy a nice trip in Ipoh and go back to Taiping! (That's not possible I know but hey, I am just trying to console her alittle)

Although she is the one driving and suppose to know more about me, she kept on asking

Mum: Need to turn anot?
Me: Turn what? I also don't know where that road go. Go straight!

~After awhile~
Mum: Need to turn anot?
Me: Where got road to turn? Where you want to go? Go straight!

~After a long road~
Mum:You sure anot? I never see this road before. We really are going to Ipoh.
Me: ...I am correct. Now go straight. Wrong already also have to go straight. Go straight!

~Even a longer road with no signboard at all~
Mum: Die lah. Where are we going? How come so long also haven't see Damansara?
Me: Go straight. I've seen this place before. (which is actually not true because it was like 8 years ago since I went there, obviously it's not the same anymore)

Mum: Turn here is it? Damansara right?
Me: Who tell you is Damansara? You want go Puchong for what? Straight.

So that almost 30 to 40 minutes of drive consists mostly this kind of conversation. Mum forbid me to drive there because she thought that since she has no idea how to go, it will be better if she's the one to drive. Not that I am complaining. It feels much better if I am not the one that need to drive. Well if I am the one driving, I am sure we will never get there and come back to my home sweet home.

Things to do during my break:
1. Go buy books.
2. Learn how to drive (if got car)
3. Sit back and relax (if mum is not asking me to do housework)
4. Finish writing.
5. Read the fanfic that XM send to me two months ago.
6. Change blog layout if there is anything nice.
7. Read Tsubasa Chronicle manga from the very beginning till the end.
8. Play piano.
